Your Virtual Admin Expert is growing and we are searching for a new awesomesauce team member for Virtual Assistant Support services, client management, and client experience.

Our current team includes (1) Executive Virtual Assistant, (2) Virtual Assistants, (1) Admin/Tech VA,  (1) Content Virtual Assistant, (1) Project Manager and yours truly the (1) and only CEO :). We're a close-knit, easy-going team and pride ourselves on excellence and exceeding client expectations!
 

About You:

are incredibly detail oriented and organized and know how to problem solve.
always seek to create better systems and take interest in how you can make things more efficient and effective.
speak up if you see a problem and are proactive in finding a solution. (You don't just make it work, you make it better!)
LOVE working with a team and thrive in a fast paced work environment.  
know how to manage your time and work independently but also enjoy collaboration.
are resourceful meaning you know when to Google it but also know when to just ask for help. 
 
*** This position is NOT for you if you...
are full of excuses on why you're missing deadlines. 
DON'T take constructive criticism well. 
don't have the bandwidth to take on more clients. (we’re looking for a contractor who can start at 15-20 hrs per month, has room to grow very quickly and is eventually interested in continuing to grow with us).
don't have AMAZING attention to detail.
tend to be last minute and have a "just get it done" attitude instead of "make it great."
don’t consider client satisfaction and customer service as a priority.
need to be micromanaged. (ain’t nobody got time for that around here!)
 
What you'll be doing:  This position is for 15-20hrs per month to start with LOTS of room to grow from there.  As a team member of Your Virtual Admin Expert, your role is client facing and you’ll be working with our clients on support tasks including inbox management, calendar management, Facebook community engagement, blog & newsletter management, course & tech support and more!
​
Bottom line, you’ll NEVER be bored! Oh, and if you don't like talking to people (via Chat, Email, and sometimes Zoom) then this position probably isn't your cup of tea.

** Must be available for weekly office hours on Wednesdays at 9am CST*** 

** Must be available for bi-weekly team meetings on Fridays at 11am CST***
