Hi, I’m Gwendolyn, Founder and CEO of Your Virtual Admin Expert.
I’ve spent my career supporting high-level leaders behind the scenes, helping them protect their time, organize what matters, and stay focused on the work only they can do.
I’m an unapologetic systems lover, a strategic thinker, and a firm believer that executives should not have to carry every detail alone.
Because when the executive is supported properly, everything else begins to move.
My Story
Built from purpose,
not accident.
In 2013, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus and forced to retire from my corporate career. During recovery, I asked God, “How can I take care of myself, do what I love, and still contribute to my family?”
I heard His response clearly:
“It’s in your hands.” That moment changed everything.
With nearly 15 years of experience in corporate administration and executive support, I began researching the virtual support space and discovered an industry where my expertise could thrive.
My Story
Entrepreneurship was never,
the goal.
I never intended to become an entrepreneur, but I had a choice:
