Hi, I’m Gwendolyn—Business Operations Expert and unapologetic systems lover. If it lives in the backend of your business, I probably get excited about it. I’m so glad you’re here.

In 2013, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus and forced to retire from my corporate career. During recovery, I asked God, “How can I take care of myself, do what I love, and still contribute to my family?” I heard His response clearly: “It’s in your hands.”

That moment changed everything.

​

With nearly 15 years of experience in corporate administration and operations, I began researching the virtual support space—and discovered an entire industry where my expertise could thrive. I never intended to become an entrepreneur, but I had a choice:

​

1. Return to corporate life and battle for flexibility;

2. Continue navigating the exhausting process of applying for disability;

3. Build something new that could offer freedom, purpose, and sustainability.

I chose #3.

​

Since then, I’ve built Your Virtual Admin Expert into a trusted executive support agency—partnering with coaches, consultants, and high-performing service providers to manage what they can’t afford to drop: calendars, inboxes, onboarding, billing, systems, speaker logistics, and more. Operations is our jam—and excellence is our standard.
