Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any services, digital products, trainings, workshops, intensives, consulting sessions, courses, templates, memberships, events, or related offerings provided by Your Virtual Admin Expert (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our services, digital products, strategic consulting, training materials, downloadable resources, operational frameworks, live sessions, workshops, and intellectual property, Your Virtual Admin Expert does not offer refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges for any purchases unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company.

This no-refund policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • VIP Days

  • “Pick My Brain” sessions

  • Consulting services

  • Coaching services

  • Retainers

  • Event tickets

  • Speaking engagements

  • Group programs

  • Recorded replay access

  • Masterclasses

  • Subscription-based services

  • Deposits and installment payments

 

Commitment to Participation

 

When purchasing any workshop, training, intensive, consulting session, or program, you are purchasing access to information, expertise, strategy, operational insight, and/or reserved time on our calendar.

Results are dependent upon many factors including your implementation, participation, communication, business operations, leadership decisions, and consistency. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific business, financial, operational, or personal outcomes.

​

Failure to attend, participate, utilize the materials, complete the program, or implement recommendations does not qualify you for a refund.

​

As my grandmother used to say, “Showing up matters.” The same is true in business. Purchasing a seat and using a seat are two different things.

Workshops, Trainings, and Events

​

For live workshops, trainings, intensives, webinars, or events:

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

  • No refunds will be issued for scheduling conflicts.

  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal preference or unmet expectations unrelated to the actual delivery of the purchased offering.

  • Replay access, if offered, is provided at the Company’s discretion and is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

 

If the Company must cancel an event or training entirely and no rescheduled date or replay option is provided, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer:

  • a transfer credit,

  • rescheduled access, or

  • a refund.

 

Payment Plans

 

If a payment plan is offered, you are financially responsible for completing all remaining payments associated with your purchase, regardless of usage, attendance, participation level, or business circumstances.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • suspension or termination of access,

  • collection efforts,

  • additional fees permitted by law, and/or

  • restriction from future services or programs.

 

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

 

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting the Company to attempt resolution.

Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to services, materials, trainings, workshops, or intellectual property may be considered a breach of this agreement.

​

We reserve the right to provide this policy, proof of access, signed agreements, attendance records, communication records, and/or service documentation to financial institutions in response to disputes.

Digital Products and Intellectual Property

​

Because digital products, downloadable resources, templates, recordings, operational frameworks, guides, and training materials are immediately accessible upon purchase, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

​

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, distribution, resale, recording, or duplication of Company materials is strictly prohibited.

Exceptions

​

Any exception to this Refund Policy must be approved in writing by an authorized representative of Your Virtual Admin Expert.

No verbal statements, assumptions, or informal communications modify this policy.
