What do you know about you? Are you constantly exploring the land of you? Are you growing or are you stuck?
Do you sometimes feel as if you are experiencing something similar to the Ground Hog day movie with Bill Murray? Are you re-living the same familiar situations and circumstances throughout your life or your business, or had you noticed?

In order to grow to your potential you have to know yourself. But, to know yourself you have to grow yourself. This sounds so cliché, but it’s so true.
When certain things continue to re-present themselves in our lives I believe there is a lesson for us to learn. And in order to get to the next level or destination we have to be brutally honest in locating ourselves by reflecting on our behavior, attitude, and our beliefs about the situation or circumstance and then determine where we want to be. This is true for good things or not so good things if we want to continue to grow.
Are you listening to your heart? I mean really listening? Take time to explore your intentions and attitudes. What do you really want? Who do you have to be to accomplish it?
Carl Jung states “Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside awakens.”
We’re on this journey together. We must go within or we will go without. Some things we know we have to change, but they won’t change until we change them. It’s going to take a focused effort, but I know you can do it.
